The Koca Yusuf I (The Grand Yusuf I) is a Turkish 30 metre Deluxe Class Gulet built in 2004. This traditionally hand crafted vessel is combined with today’s technology to produce a yacht that is spacious and very comfortable.
She was built on the Bozburun Peninsula, her interior is handcrafted in selected and unstained mahogany, hand polished and varnished.
She has 6 double cabins and 2 twin cabins, all with A/C to comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Equipment includes Hi-Fi stereo etc for entertainment and sports equipment includes wind surfer and tender boat etc.
Her crew consists of four members, captain Mehmet (who speaks good English), cook, host and deck hand.
The Koca Yusuf I has earned a good reputation for friendly and relaxed luxury cruises. Many of her guests return each year to enjoy the experience of sailing on this spacious yacht and exploring the fabulous Turkish coastline and local Greek Islands.

Luxury Villa Feedback
There aren’t enough superlatives to describe Villa Nurtan. If you haven’t stayed at John’s house before, I am sure you will now have discovered just how wonderful it is! ….sitting on the veranda of Villa Nurtan hearing the Iman’s ‘call to prayers’ is, for us, part of the wondrousness of Turkey and this Turkey/Orhaniye/Villa Nurtan experience.
When we saw the villa being built last year we thought that it would be something special – and it is! What a team you have assembled! The guided tour was so helpful. Then we explored the ‘welcome pack’ and the furnishings and were almost awestruck by the thought put into them.
Beautiful villa, beautiful location. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys the good things in life.
